The Call center agent handles Customer service and Sales responsibilities. Everyday tasks involve answering Customers trip inquiries, tailoring and addressing travelers’ needs and fulfilling their travel requests via phone and /or email communications.

  • Customer Service/Assistance with travel planning 
  • Customer travel itinerary planning, quoting, Invoicing and fulfillment

  • Build and maintain tour packages 
  • Ensure product contractual details and TOC’s are entered correctly
